How can i check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging on to your Account page. In addition, you will receive email notifications when you order has been confirmed, shipped, and delivered.
How can i change the address on my order?
If you need to change or update the address on your order that has not been shipped yet, please email support@dehiwicare.com with the correct address. If your order has already shipped please contact your shipping carrier first to change the address.
How do i know the shipment status?
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience.
What is your return policy?
If at any time within 14 days of receipt you would like to return the product, please send an email to support@dehiwiwcare.com. Products must be returned or exchanged in new condition. Once a return is received at our offices, we will process the refund or exchange in 3-5 business days.
What are the shipping charges?
The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. In your shopping cart, we show an estimated shipping cost based on our lowest-price shipping method.
